Forensic Insight work with other amazing science faciltators and are part of Field-Based STEM. Conferences will be run throughout New Zealand - providing local and flexible PLD options for schools. Our conferences run over 3 days and teachers can opt into any time slot that works best. We have after school and after dark slots as well as morning and afternoon slots. Are you PLD funded?
As certified facilitators for the Ministry of Education, we visit schools and colleges to deliver our forensic workshops. If your school is registered for PLD Hours, we can come to you at no charge - just allocated against your PLD Hours.

Our presentations incorporate the 5 key capabilities in the science learning area : gather and interpret data, use evidence, critique evidence, interpret representations, and engage with science.

All resources are provided so the preparation work for the school or college is kept to an absolute minimum.

We explain the science behind fingerprints, DNA and other trace evidence processed at a crime scene. We work with teachers and their needs by providing lesson plans to allow them to continue the forensic journey.

This is the first of its kind in New Zealand.

We're delighted to offer our distinctive learning experience to your school. Our team of forensic scientists is available to visit schools across the North Island, tailoring workshops to fit seamlessly into your daily schedule. With engaging hands-on activities suitable for all age groups, we aim to spark students' curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
Additionally, we offer Teacher Only day training sessions that are both enjoyable and packed with valuable information. We provide comprehensive lesson plans so that teachers can continue their forensic journey with their students long after the workshops have concluded.
Prices from $895+GST per day (price includes all equipment and presenters)
